July 26th the grand finale of the Salento Finibus Terrae 7th edition in San Vito dei Normanni (Br)
The tour makes a great success: more than 7000 people partecipated; 150 short film in competition coming from all over the world; wide communication thanks to the festival´s media partner, Tgcom, Iris Cinema e dintorni, La Stampa.it e Streamit.it, that have shown the short films
Directors, actors, journalists, producers, festival´s guest, give to this project even more importance.
The festival art director Romeo Conte says: For sure if we have to mantein this standard, we need more cinemagoer´s dedication and local sponsor that could substain more this project tha has a clear route, a strong internazionalization.
For the Salento Finibus Terrae 7th edition´s realization we have to thank Regione Puglia, and Salve, Carovigno, Mesagne, San Vito dei Normanni and FOPE jewels, Alta Roma, Ied Roma, Deha, Tre Api, Alviero Martini 1a classe, Police and Champagne Steinbruck.
Sunday night the Streamit.it-Salento Finibus Terrae´s prestigious award, realized by Carmelo Conte, will be given to the director Sergio Rubini (“La terra” e “Tutto l´amore che c´è”), who´s shooting his last film “L´uomo Nero” in Salento, to the actress Marina Rocco (“Sanguepazzo” directed by Marco Tullio Giordana, “Tutti pazzi per amore” directed by Milani e Muscardin), to the actor Manrico Gammarota (“Sanguepazzo” directed by Marco Tullio Giordana, “Pane e tulipani” directed by Silvio Soldini), to Clara Tosi Pamphili, to Alessandro Alessandroni (italian composer, arranger and orchestra´s conductor, nickenamed by Federico Fellico as “Whistle” for his ability showed in many soundtracks of Ennio Moricone´s spaghetti western) and to Enrica Fico Antonioni, thanks to her will be projected 10 min of images, many unshowed, on and of Michelangelo Antonini, with the direction of Nanni Zedda who will underline the moment playing a piano.
Other guest will be present, as Ernesto Mahieux, Michela Zio, Nicola Guaglianone, Adriano Franchi, Giulia Cazzola, Diego Nardin, Bruno Palmegiani, Vito e Giulia Valente, Marta Perego, Anna Maria Fontanella, Roberto Beneventano, Txema Munoz.
